Hi There!

My name is Tina, and I am the proud owner of Primrose Rags & Lace.

I’m a wife, a mother to three amazing adult children, and a proud dog mom to a beautiful Yorkie. I live in my hometown of Dover, Delaware, a place that will always hold a special place in my heart.

I’m a Christian who loves Jesus, sweet tea, gardening, and spending time with the people I love most. Family means everything to me, and I am incredibly blessed to have a supportive family by my side every step of the way.
